The Women’s Leadership Group CIC (CIC) is a UK-wide collective of silo-free, passionate female leaders and male allies. We represent all sectors from business and public services to charities—committed to reshaping leadership and improving female board representation.

A multi-sector, silo-free community promoting diversity and collaboration. We deliver impact through research, white papers, events, podcasts, mentoring, round tables, campaigns, newsletters, public speaking, partnerships, and a thriving online community.
